Google Sheets to WhatsApp Message Scheduler

A multi-user web app where you paste a Google Sheet link, link a WhatsApp number by QR code, and scheduled messages go out on time from the rows in the sheet, with retries and a sent log.

Google Sheets to WhatsApp Message Scheduler

The problem

Teams that run rosters, reminders or customer notifications usually keep the schedule in a spreadsheet and send the messages by hand. Messages get missed, sent twice or sent late.

How it works

  • Sheet as the source of truth. Each row holds a date, time, number and message. The app previews the sheet and validates it before scheduling.
  • Reliable sending. A scheduler checks every 30 seconds, sends only inside a configured window, retries failures up to three times with a cooldown, and logs a message as sent only after delivery is confirmed.
  • No double sends. Each message has a date, time and phone key, so a reloaded sheet never triggers a duplicate.
  • Self-serve setup. Sign-up, login, QR-code linking and a dashboard of upcoming and sent messages.

What it demonstrates

Workflow automation without AI where AI is not needed: the value is in reliability, deduplication and a setup a non-technical team can run themselves.
